The class, the women and Jessica became a safe space for me to explore and express the hidden parts of my soul. The sensual and primal movements opened the softer side of me that became hard and protective over the years. Primal soul was more than a dance class for me. It was an awakening to my femininity and soul’s purpose, which after 20 years of corporate work, failed relationships, miscarriage, pregnancy, motherhood and divorce, my soul needed.
