The Primal Soul Teacher Training™ is a 40 hour hybrid online and in-person certification designed for women who want to teach our signature movement methodology while building a thriving community in their own city.
This training is more than learning choreography; it's learning how to lead women through movement that builds confidence, emotional expression, and embodied connection. Whether your dream is to host weekly classes, workshops, retreats, or simply bring women together through dance, we'll give you the tools, support, and community to make it happen.Â

40-Hour Hybrid Training Program
Master our signature movement methodology through both in-depth online cognitive training and immersive, in-person physical training in Nosara, Costa Rica. You'll complete 40 hours of philosophy, mindset, and brand coaching, as well as in-studio technique training to lock in the confidence to lead your own room.
Lifetime Online Course Library
Unlimited access to our growing, full movement library that covers technique tutorials, choreography, embodiment classes, mobility training, and every workshop we release after you certify. Come back to it as often as you need, for as long as you teach. Affiliation opportunities to earn commissions from our programs will be available to you as well.

Dance in the Jungle at Nalu Studio
Your in-person training takes place January 31 – February 5, 2027 at Nalu Studio, inside Nalu Nosara, the iconic home of Primal Soul. It's sacred ground: an open-air studio wrapped in Costa Rican jungle, where movement, breath, and community come alive under the canopy.
